Line dancing is coming back! Look for more information, but rumor has it the dancing will be twice a month and feature other types of dances, too.
Although a great majority of residents keep their lawns in excellent shape, a very few don't. This has a very negative effect on their neighbors and the entire park.
Management encourages everyone to maintain their lawns and homes - it's good for all of us. It is especially important to those who are trying to sell their home and get the best price possible.
There are currently seven homes for sale, and three about to come on the market. Asking prices are somewhat higher than in the past. Sellers will get their best deal if the park looks great.
The golf course is closed until 22 April for regular maintenance and golf course stuff. Our hearts go out to the duffers as they must travel to other courses to get their fix. :-)
What looks like dog poop isn't...
And finally, despite many pleas, some residents and visitors refuse to look at their speedometers as they SPEED through RBV.
It seems to be a national problem: callous disregard for even the most basic of laws. 15 mph means 15 mph. It is sad that the only real solution is speed bumps. If you feel safe in doing so, politely remind these irresponsible drivers of the speed limit.
