gas inspection

Gas Inspections is over. We passed with flying colors.

Before the rains hit I want to seal the cracks in the street to prevent the asphalt from deteriorating. V. Lopez Jr.& sons contractor will be in the streets within the next few days please obey the traffic signage that will be out.

Busy Time of the Year

Don't forget the Memorial Tree lighting ceremony tonight (29 November) at 6pm in front of the clubhouse. We hope to have some photos from the ceremony posted here tonight following the event.

Thanks to all who helped decorate the clubhouse again this year. It looks great!

Gas Inspection

Hello Everyone
Pacific States Utilities will be conducting our annual gas facilities inspection on Monday the 28th and Tuesday the 29th of November. They will be doing a visual inspection along with a sniffing inspection around our subdivision. They will be in YELLOW VESTS and be walking in the streets and in your backyards. Please make sure the dogs are inside and your gates are unlocked.

Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse

You asked for it, now you got it! We have free, public (no password needed) internet access throughout the clubhouse and pool/spa area. Look for "Netgear" in your wireless networks list, click on it and you should have high speed, free internet access. (The picture of the pool ladies in the preceding post was taken by an iPad2 and uploaded to this blog from the edge of the pool using this wi-fi!
