Great new articles! Exciting news! What's happening!
The Park Manager's Corner highlights: thanks to the many volunteers, don't park on the street (especially when it is Street Sweeper Friday), if you plan an event at the clubhouse check with the office, if you plan to paint your house check with the office, and, monthly statements will be out after the 16th of the month. For details read the column on page five of the bulletin.
You will also meet new resident Sally Somers, learn about blogging (like this one), read the homeowners association meeting minutes, find a recipe for Teriyaki Port Ribs, and find some grandparent humor.
Watch for it. On your doorstep soon.

Manager's Corner
Another great update in the bulletin for August from our managers John and Donna. Be sure to read the entire piece.
Here's a brief summary:
We got a blog! You are reading it.
The big, noisy, wonderful street sweeper will be working the first Friday of every month. No vehicles on the street!
Our park has one of the best emergency plans in the US. However, it doesn't do any good if no one knows what's in it or what they are supposed to do. Read it. Get ready.
If you live here park in your garage, not the guest parking. Hint: it's for guests.
The speed limit (that's the fastest you are supposed to drive) is 15 mph. Please look at your speedomoter once in a while. The 15 mph mark is halfway between the 10 mph mark and the 20 mph mark.
Blog bonus: last night's sunset!
